Overview of Project
A three-week consulting project that assessed UNITAR’s learning needs, designing and creating an 8-module e-learning program for their Masters in Humanitarian Action and Peacebuilding in partnership with Oxford Brookes University.
The program has trained eight cohorts of 45 students each to date, receiving accolades for its innovative approach to e-learning within the U.N.
The Problem
Two hired consultants decided not to do the project at the last minute and the U.N. Director for Online Learning found herself in an awkward situation – deliverables were due in a few weeks and she had no one for the project. I then stepped in.
My Role
With a tightened project deadline, I had to access learning needs and design the appropriate curriculum to create the digital learning content and multi-media assets that were to be used via this self-paced, virtual platform.

What the Director Had to Say
“Bryant saved us after the previous consultants decided they didn’t want to do the project anymore. I was extremely impressed by how fast, thorough, and innovative the final deliverables came out.”
