Overview of Project
A 14-month instructional design project, I lead an effort that created MUFG’s first self-paced, 8-module e-learning program called Mastering Management.
Targeted for first-time managers, I developed 80 different digital learning assets and achieved an early adoption rate of 81% within our target market.
My Role: Consultant & Project Lead – Talent Development
Assessed learning needs
Established a replicable agile design process based on ADDIE Model (see image)
Lead the 8-week design spring
Worked across multiple lines of business (SMEs, HR Business Partners, Designers, Videographers, and Saba Experts)
Developed learning benchmarks and curriculum objectives
Created e-learning content (including storyboards, scripting, coordinating multi-media needs, designing rough design layout, writing content, etc.)
Evaluated effectiveness of learning programs with assessments, post-program surveys, virtual focus group, and reporting summaries to executives
Mentored talent development staff on instructional design principles as needed

Testimonial From A Project Collaborator
You’ll rarely come across someone like Bryant. Thought innovator, gifted communicator, and trusted advisor. We joined forces to build a self-paced learning experience on mastering management principles. I was impressed by Bryant’s ability to deliver against a robust development roadmap, enhance our curriculum development, and expand our coaching and learning activities. Bryant worked far beyond the wall of duty. He implemented a scalable talent program that is globally, culturally, and functionally extensible.
